Joseph Cruz, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Joe Cruz brings to XMS Industrial a history of solid management success and strong reputation as a seasoned veteran with outstanding leadership abilities.

Following undergraduate work at California State University at Fullerton, he spent nearly six years on active duty with the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer. He spent the subsequent twelve years with a wire rope manufacturing company in a number of operating rolls including President and Chief Operating Officer. During that time he also attended the University Of Southern California Graduate School Of Business, his emphasis was Entrepreneurial Studies. Prior to participation in XMS Industrial, he was the Chief Operating Officer of a publicly owned $450MM manufacturing concern located in Houston.

Wilson Hart, Director

As a Principal Partner, Wilson contributes his substantial experience in law and business to the firm’s investment opportunities and operations.

With over 25 years of experience practicing law, in the last 15 years he substantially devoted his practice to legal representation in over 100 acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures. Prior to this Wilson concentrated in business and commercial law and tax planning.

Educated at New York University, Wilson received an LL.M. (Taxation) and holds a J.D. from Pepperdine University in addition to a BA from the University Of Southern California.

Wayne Myers, COO

In September 2005, Wayne was named COO of HC Acquisition Company and is responsible for the consolidated operations of the XMS Industrial, Symons Screen, and XMS Maintenance Services.

Formerly General Manager for the XMS Industrial Division, Wayne has established a record of leadership and increasing responsibility over the past 25 years in manufacturing, sales, and marketing to the mining and heavy industry markets. He has been a constant factor thru ownership transitions as the original Goldman Gear Company, acquired by XTEK International, was purchased privately and operates today as the XMS Industrial Division of the HC Acquisition Company.

Michael Kuhlmann, CFO/VP Finance & Administration

Mike brings 20 years of financial & administrative experience with both public and privately held companies in a variety of industries including Commercial Aerospace, High-Volume Automotive, and Semiconductor Capital Equipment Manufacturing. He has a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Southern California and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.

Lyndell Fuller, GM—Symons Screens Co.

Lyndell brings 35 years of management experience from previous roles including Vice President of Operations for Precision Machine & Tool and President/CEO of Secco, Inc. His background includes design, manufacture, and erection of coal processing systems, processing plants, and material handling systems.

Acquired in 2001, Symons Screens is a 70 year old company manufacturing screening equipment for the aggregate, coal, asphalt, and mineral industries.

Tom Beyer, Sales & Marketing

Tom has been actively involved in the Mining Equipment business for past 25 years and has worked for both Bucyrus International and P&H Mining Equipment in various sales management roles.

Tom's sales experience includes both North America and International coverage. He has focused his efforts on the sale of new equipment, replacement parts and contract repair services. Tom strives to provide the highest level of service to his customers so they can meet their performance objectives. Tom earned a Masters Degree from the University of Wisconsin- Whitewater and his Undergraduate Degree from Indiana University.

Tom Dillon, Supply Chain Manager

Tom’s Supply Chain responsibilities encompass all aspects of Operations Support including Pricing & Estimating, Engineering, Purchasing, and Inventory Control for the XMS Industrial, Symons Screen, and XMS Service business units.

He is a finance professional with over 20 years management experience in procurement, cost accounting, and general accounting in a variety of manufacturing operations.

Bradley Skoglund, Production Manager

Bradley has eight years of experience in Facilities and Operations Management in both the private sector and as a Captain in the California National Guard. In addition to Production, he is also responsible for the health, welfare and safety of all employees.

He obtained a BS from San Diego State University, at which time he received his direct commission into the US Army as a Second Lieutenant.
